• When clicking a track we clear the playlist and add all tracks in the current folder (or album/artist/..) to the playlist and start playing from the selected track. This is instead of appending the track to the current playlist and playing it. This makes the app behave a bit more like other media players.
• Removed the "Play XXX" from the menu since we now get this functionality by selecting a single track from within the folder (see previous change).

• Added paging (next/prev page) so you can browse your complete collection (instead of limiting to 1000 items per view).
• Save playlist on exit. Restore on login.
• Changed Shuffled playlist behavior. Now each time we select a specific track to be played while in shuffle mode (and also when restoring the playlist) we re-shuffle the entire playlist and start playing from the selected track which will always be the first in the shuffle order.
• Fixed bug where on some devices (N97) we didn't get a connection selection (AP) list when connecting (it used the default and went into an infinite loop in case the default wasn't available - no SIM in phone for example).
• Don't attempt to remember selected AP between login attempts (it never really worked, and might not be what the user wants anyway).
• Added automatic execution of program after install. This seems to cause some problems and might be disabled in future releases.
